The software allows you to schedule different types of programs to run at different times, including late at night and early in the morning. But the two programs do not work together. You can use the Scheduled Task utility to open the backup program at the desire time, but you can not specify which backup job to run and you can not start the actual backup process without pushing the 'start' button. How does this software work?
Backup Scheduler Me schedules existing Backup Sets created in the Microsoft Backup utility. It can also schedule on-screen reminders for off-site storage and related items. Choose the Backup Set or Reminders from the list above and click the Schedule... button to schedule the item. To adjust the schedule of the item, open the Scheduled Tasks utility from the Start menu or by clicking the Open Scheduled Tasks button.
