You can use the Scheduled Task utility to open the backup program at the desire time, but you can not specify which backup job to run and you can not start the actual backup process without pushing the 'start' button. Allow Backup Scheduler Me to help you with scheduled reminders for off-site storage of your backup files. How does this software work?
