The software allows you to schedule different types of programs to run at different times, including late at night and early in the morning. But the two programs do not work together. You can use the Scheduled Task utility to open the backup program at the desire time, but you can not specify which backup job to run and you can not start the actual backup process without pushing the 'start' button.
