The program has been created as universal software for surveillance cross platforms working concurrently with wireless and wired IP webcams, TV-cards, capture cards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the same appearance and controls on the local and apart workstations. Users view MPEG coded picture and have full management of the program through net that security computer can be run without monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected. Program`s modular configuration extensively increases reliability because all modules proceed as autonomous applications. If one component stops working, other units go on running. For example if the `record` module fails, `watchdog` starts again it instantly that users don`t notice anything because they are viewing picture using a `playback` module. The software does `cyclic` recording that the `disk full` situation never happens. The recording can be non-stop or it can be turned on by activity, human face detection, or by calendar. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance station as well as on apart computer through Web interface. The program performs simultaneous video playback for event analysis from multiple webcams concurrently. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
