1. IconCool is powerful tool to manage, extract, convert, modify, search and create icons. An icon library with dozens of sample entries is included. You can search icon in the library by keyword and add or edit the keyword of any icon. An icon search, extraction, and conversion tab lets you view icons within files and save them in various sizes as .ico, .cur, .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .wmf, .emf, .tga and .wbmp images. You can also convert image files to icons. You can export a total icon library to an ICL file. IconCool has some special and fascinating functions: A. It can enlarge or contract a transparent icon, and the new icon will be transparent too. B. It can convert any part of a picture to a transparent icon by only draging your mouse. C.It can change icon's color depth between 1 bit and 24 bits. A third tab includes Internet icon libraries and allows you to edit, delete, and add sites. There are 400 icon websites links in the WebSite Library of this software. 2. IconCool Editor is a powerful tool for editing icon or small web graphics. It has all functions required to create and edit Ico, Cur, Gif, Jpg and Png image files. Besides, it has some cool functions as follows: 1.It has 21 image filters, including Blur, Sharpen, Emboss, Diffuse, Color Balance... and 13 image effects, including Linear Gradient, Wave, Noise, Hook, Arbitrary Rotation... 2.It has a smart image capturing tool with which you can capture various size image from desktop or any other softwares. 3.You can convert images of 25 formats to icons, you can extract icons from exe, dll, icl and then edit them. 4.It has 100x10 levels Undo or Redo functions. 5.
