The gist of the game is to collect all coins in each of the 80 levels, which can be divided into 3 parts apiece.
From levels 1 to 40 the player controls the cue ball to collect coins. Only 2 keys (left / right) are used. Using different game elements, the player collects coins to advance through levels.
From 41 to 60, the player cannot control the cue ball to collect coins. Instead, it uses the game elements that the ball is moving around to collect the coins. It's part of the logic you'll need to grasp.
From 61 to 70 the player controls a cue ball and puts the objects on the field in order to advance. The most difficult part is an arcade-puzzle.
