All you have to do is locate the table, mark the data area for extraction with your mouse, look at the lower part of the screen at a preview area to verify that you got what you want, and convert the data to Excel or Word.

You can drag and adjust the table borders of the extraction area, you can split and merge columns, rows and even individual cells to format the output table as close to the original format as you need.
