Free appointment and business software for independent service providers, e.g., small multi-staff salons, booth renters, massage practices, etc. Drag-n-drop appointments, color-coded services, reporting, check out window, expense and inventory tracking, and much more.
You can define unlimited staff with multiple schedules. Modify how many staff members display on the screen before scrolling is required. Each staff member can sync to his/her own Google Calendar. You can view or book appointments from your phone or the web.
Books recurring appointments. Set appointment time increments to any number of minutes. Can book multiple appointments in the same time slot. Drag and drop rescheduling.
Can send appointment reminders to one or all appointments for a day. You can configure the default appointment reminder for a customer to be email or SMS text. There is no charge to send text messages or emails. You don't even need to have a cell phone, just an internet connection. Email reminders have color text and full-color graphics.
