This software deals with mapping between time domain and frequency domain. 3-dimension method is used. X-axis represents time. Y-axis represents frequency. Color represents energy of the frequency. The frequency distribution is displayed along Y-axis with the color for the entire signal interested. More energy there is redder the color will be and less energy more green.
