Total Desktop Replacement (Tdr) is a new shell for Windows 9x that replaces your original boring Desktop. Tdr launches any external program or file in the appropriate program associated with that file. It allows you still use your taskbar and startbutton but replaces your desktop with a changable interface. Tdr comes with several skins and you can always download more skins later on this website.
