WinRider is a nice program, which scrolls your colored text on your desktop window. You can specify the speed of the text, it's vertical position on desktop, change direction of scrolling - left or right, and select the font of the text, where you can specify typeface, italic, bold, size of the text & its color. Now it is possible to select a text file as source, WinRider will scroll each string from the file.
