AudioCommander può anche essere usato per cambiare la compressione per i formati supportat. Altre opzioni: log errori, usare il path dei file sorgente per l'output della conversione, sovrascrivere file esistenti o protezioni (o aggiungere un valore numerico unico al file di base per i file esistenti), cancellazione file sorgenti dopo la conversione, supporto FreeDB quando si estraggono traccie CD, e molto altro ancora!
