BUG KEEPER ist eine WEB Anwendung. Sie können diese nicht nur innerhalb Ihrer Firma sondern auch übers Internet nutzen. Auch Außenmitarbeiter können leicht in den Bug-Tracking-Prozess genommen werden.
Die meistverbreiteten Browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera) werden unterstützt.
Beide Plattformen (Linux und Windows) werden unterstützt. Die Anwendung basiert sich auf den PHP+MySQL Technologien und kann bei den meisten Provider gehostet werden.
Keine Kosten für die Zusatzsoftware notwendig. Die notwendige Software ist frei verfügbar.
Unterstützung von Mehrsprachen. Die Anwendung unterstützt drei Sprachen - Englisch, Deutsch und Russisch. Der Administrator kann die Texte für jede Schnittstelle über einen speziellen Wörterbucheditor anpassen, seihe Multisprachen-Modul. Mit geringem Aufwand kann man andere Sprachen in das System integrieren.
