Casa Memo ist ein Spiel zum Gedächtnistraining ähnlich dem bekannten "Memory" mit zahlreichen Variationsmöglichkeiten für ein bis vier Spieler. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, Zwillinge in einem Haus oder übereinstimmende Kärtchen zu finden. Es wird entweder gegen die Zeit oder mit Freunden oder in der Familie gespielt. Um im Ein-Spieler-Modus in die Bestenliste vorzudringen, muss man versuchen mit möglichst wenigen Maus-Klicks in möglichst kurzer Zeit alle Paare zu finden. In dieser Version stehen zahlreiche Themen zur Auswahl: Zwillinge in den Fenstern eines Hauses, Fische im Aquarium, klassische Bildkärtchen, Farben und Formen, Buchstaben und Zahlen, Flaggen auf einem Globus, eine Bildergalerie, Tiere oder Blumen und mehr, alle in ansprechender Grafik. Sie können auch Ihre eigenen Kartensätze erstellen und im Programm benutzen. Die Spielfeldgröße kann in bis zu 6 Stufen variiert werden. Zusätzlich Abwechslung erreicht man durch Variation der Anzeigezeit (0, 1 bis 5 Sekunden) und der Option, gefundene Paare aufgedeckt liegen zu lassen oder vom Spielfeld zu entfernen. Für Experten besteht die Möglichkeit, den Schwierigkeitsgrad weiter zu steigern, wenn man zulässt, dass falsch aufgedeckte Kärtchen ihre Plätze tauschen. Alle Ereignisse werden optional durch digitale Geräuscheffekte begleitet, auf Wunsch gibt es Musik im Hintergrund.
