FlashPaste lite è un'utility gratuita che facilita l'inserimento di blocchi di testo frequentemente utilizzati: saluti, frasi standard, indirizzi e-mail, indirizzi Internet, logins/passwords, etc. Questo programma è uno strumento perfetto per il tuo lavoro con i testi. Riesce ad inserire il testo in ogni "text box". Darà un solido incremento alla tua produttività lavorativa.
Basta inserire una sola volta il testo necessario nel database specificando due stringhe. Una di esse sarà visualizzata nella lista popup, mentre la seconda sarà inserita nel posto appropriato. Quando servirà inserire una frase pre-definita, basterà premere il tasto di selezione rapida (configurabile nelle opzioni del programma) e selezionare la linea necessaria dalla lista popup. Per selezionare la linea, si possono anche digitare i primi caratteri di essa.
Inoltre, il programma tiene traccia della cronologia degli appunti. Significa che i frammenti di testo recentemente copiati negli appunti sono sempre a portata di mano. Tutto ciò rende il lavoro relativo a frequenti copia/incolla di testi considerevolvente più facile.
Premendo due volte il tasto di selezione rapida, la finestra principale del programma verrà visualizzata sullo schermo.
