Este programa permite a los usuarios escribir cartas personalizadas usando plantillas de mensajes. De esta manera, si tiene una base de datos de clientes, puede crear una sola plantilla de carta y enviar mensajes personalizados a una completa lista de clientes. Todos los destinatarios recibirán cartas dirigidas solamente a ellos. Después de haber elaborado una lista de distribución, puede regresar a ella posteriormente. También puede usarse para realizar varias otras tareas. Mailing List Express puede manejar múltiples cuentas de correo SMTP. Al eliminar las direcciones no válidas de su lista de correo, está reduciendo tráfico de red y la carga de canal de su ISP, y simplificando las distribuciones actuales y futuras.
