MARS es una aplicación para Windows que le ahorra tiempo y dinero haciendo más fácil definir paquetes o informes solos de Access, programar y ejecutarlo automáticamente, y enviar los informes para imprimir, enviar por fax, diskette, ftp o correo electrónico en un número de formatos estandar.
Simplemente establezca una programación diciendole cada cuanto quiere que cada informe se ejecute, o si quiere que el formato de salida sea en Word, Excel, HTML, RTF, Acrobat, RPT, formato texto, o muchos más y a quien tiene que ser enviado.
Use frecuencias estandar tales como diariamente, semanalmente, mensualmente o establezca sus propias frecuencias personalizadas, por ejemplo cada tercer lunes del mes.
