nnBackup est un outils simple et pratique pour sauvegarder, synchroniser vos fichiers et dossiers, créer et traiter des listes de fichiers. Vous pouvez aussi compresser les données avec des algorythmes gz/zip et lancer des applications avant et après la sauvegarde. nnBackup inclus des outils pour supprimer les données obsolètes de la sauvegarde.
Vous pouvez choisir avec nnBackup plusieurs méthodes de sauvegarde :
- copie conventionelle des fichiers/dossiers;
- copie des données dans une pile de dossiers numérotés ou des fichiers zip;
- sauvegarde incrémentée (comme celle utilisée par 'dump' sous Unix);
- synchronisation des dossiers (uni- ou bidirectionelle).
