TimePanic ist ein Zeiterfassungsprogramm für Selbstständige, kleinere Unternehmen oder schlicht jeden, der am Computer arbeitet. Es kann Arbeitszeiten projektabhängig erfassen, Kommentare speichern, zwischen Arbeit und Freizeit unterscheiden, Abwesenheitstage wie Urlaub und Krankheit festhalten, Überstunden berechnen sowie Berichte drucken. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Zeiterfassungsprogrammen ist TimePanic besonders dafür geeignet, Ihre Aktivitäten zeitnah zu protokollieren, und nicht erst am Ende des Tages oder der Woche. Dazu genügt es, jeden Tätigkeitswechsel in dem Moment, in dem er stattfindet, durch nur zwei Mausklicks in TimePanic festhalten. Sie sparen sich dadurch die umständlichen Zeiteingaben, und ganz nebenbei wird Ihre Zeiterfassung so genau, dass Ihre Kunden gar nicht erst auf die Idee kommen werden, die Daten zu hinterfragen. Exportierte Daten können leicht in Microsoft Excel importiert werden. Damit man häufig benötigte Berichte nicht immer wieder zusammenstellen muss, lassen Sie sich in ähnlicher Weise vorkonfigurieren wie die Tätigkeitsfavoriten. So lässt sich beispielsweise ein Monatsbericht erstellen, der stets die Daten der Vormonats verarbeitet, und der jeden Monat durch einen einfachen Mausklick wiederverwendet werden kann.
