TxtEdit ist ein Textbearbeitungsprogramm für Text- oder Richtextdateien. Es enthält eine Rechtschreibeprüfung. TxtEdit schliesst eine "senden an" - Möglichkeit ein, die nützlich ist, um einen Blick auf Dateien in verschiedenen Formaten zu werfen. Unicode wird unterstützt. Auch andere Schriftzeichen-Sets in 8 Bit-Codierung (ANSI) werden unterstützt. Sie können die Sprache wählen, in der eine Textdatei geöffnet oder gespeichert werden soll! Springen Sie zu einer beliebigen Zeile mit einem Klick. Mit einem Knopfdruck kann eine geöffnete Datei auch mit einer anderen Applikation geöffnet werden. Eine Möglichkeit zur Seitenvorschau ist vorhanden. Benutzersprache kann zwischen Deutsch und Englisch gewählt werden. Weitere Sprachen werden unterstützt.
