WinSurvey ist ein anwenderfreundliches Programm zum Erzeugen, Auswerten und Veröffentlichen von Umfragen. Das Tool ist leicht zu bedienen und kann für viele verschiedene Zwecke verwendet werden.
Das Programm verfügt über 6 Hauptmodule, auf die man mit Hilfe der projektbasierten Oberfläche einfach zugreifen kann.
Der Umfrage-Designer erstellt, ändert und formatiert den Text Ihrer Fragen und der Antwortmöglichkeiten. Dabei stehen verschiedene Antworttypen zur Verfügung, wie z.B. ?Mehrfachauswahl? oder ?Antwort als Text?. Er ermöglicht zudem eine Vorschau auf Ihre Umfrage im Web-Browser oder als unformatierten Text.
? Mit dem Modul Veröffentlichen der Umfrage können Sie Ihre Umfrage direkt im Internet veröffentlichen oder zunächst lokal speichern, um den Vorgang später durchzuführen. Ein Assistent führt Sie bei Bedarf durch die einzelnen Schritte der Veröffentlichung.
? Im Modul Verbreitung steht Ihnen die Teilnehmerverwaltung zur Verfügung, mit deren Hilfe Sie Teilnehmer und Antworten übersichtlich verwalten können. Verschiedene Filterfunktionen und Funktionen zum direkten Versenden von Serien-E-Mails vereinfachen das Arbeiten.
? Mit dem Modul Ergebnisverwaltung erstellen Sie eine Datenbank für Ihre Umfrageergebnisse. Sie können die Antworttabellen nach verschiedenen Kriterien durchsuchen, sich einfache Statistiken anzeigen lassen oder Datensätze filtern.
? Grafische Präsentationen für die Umfrage können im Modul Diagramme und Analyse erstellt werden. Die Schaubilder und Diagramme können nach Bedarf formatiert und an das Seitenlayout der Präsentationen angepasst werden.
? Die Veröffentlichung der Umfrageergebnisse erfolgt mit dem Modul Veröffentlichen der Ergebnisse. Dabei können Sie zwischen einer statischen und einer Live-Präsentation wählen.
